Analyze GitHub or GitLab Issue activity for a requested period. Compare Issues that moved from Open to Closed with Issues still Open at period end, group both populations by creation age, summarize labels, and check whether closed Issues are linked to commits or pull/merge requests. Delivery evidence remains distinct from manual closure, and all access is strictly read-only.
