From ChatGPT you can search that graph in natural language ("What are customers saying about billing this month?"), run the Modem Agent, and update your workspace directly: reprioritize topics, merge duplicate companies or people, and keep customer records current. Connecting uses OAuth; search (data:read) and agent/write access (agent:invoke) are granted separately, and write tools act under your existing role in the Modem organization you authorize.
