Ask questions about the conversations your team handles in Gmail: search and read conversations, find the emails behind a Gmail thread, see who is on an inbox and which tags and SLA policies apply. Move work forward without leaving the chat: add internal notes visible only to your team, apply or remove tags, and save reply drafts for a teammate to review and send. Administrators can also pull inbox reports directly: conversation volume, response performance, SLA compliance, agent workload, CSAT, sentiment, and per-company support summaries.
