Lightweight connects ChatGPT to the training data you choose to share. It can analyze your complete history, including completed workouts and exercise-free gym check-ins; calculate advanced trends; inspect saved routines; and create or update a routine only after you confirm the exact change. It also explains how to use Lightweight. OAuth shares a private Lightweight account ID, verified email, and verification status for identity and workspace-domain checks. Analysis may use names and technical IDs for workouts, routines, folders, exercises, and gyms, plus session and update times, set metrics, plan/capacity, and any one-off place label exactly as entered. It never reads separate address, coordinate, or other location fields; notes; media; social, wearable-health, payment, or credential data. After confirmation it may file a routine in an existing private folder or create/reuse a named private folder. It cannot delete routines/folders, start workouts, or edit workout history.
