For a selected station, activity, local date, and time within seven days, it combines available tide predictions, NWS wind forecasts, daylight and moon calculations, and NOAA water observations into a planning state, recommended window, confidence, reasons, cautions, freshness, and provider attribution. Coverage is limited to NOAA CO-OPS U.S. and territory tide-prediction stations, and data availability varies by station.
