Kitchen Agent connects ChatGPT to a chef-controlled restaurant operating system. It works across Costing, Kitchen, Kitchen Stations, Menu Creation, Cost & Performance, Orders, and Reports. Chefs can organize source-linked shift data, maintain a current menu, build isolated proposed menus with nested recipes and named dish sizes, calculate auditable costs, manage sales, inventory, invoices, labor, waste, vendors, forecasts, station briefs, and publish verified owner reports. External station emails are sent only through the explicit Send Station Brief Now action or the chef's configured daily automation; vendor orders are never sent automatically.
