Liftosaur is a scriptable workout app. It uses language "Liftoscript" to define workouts. The plugin lets users to write and manage Liftoscript programs, workout history, exercises, gym equipment, measurements, etc. Free reference tools provide Liftoscript syntax, examples, program design guidance, built-in programs, and exercise names. Private account tools require the user to authenticate with Liftosaur and have an active subscription before reading or changing programs, history, gyms, equipment, exercise settings, or measurements.
